Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 oz. Butter Melted
  • 3 Eggs Whole
  • 2 Cup Milk Whole
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, egg and butter
  • Add the milk and vanilla extract
  • Mix well
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes
  • Cook one crepe at a time in a sautéed pan
  • Remember to grease the pan between each crepe with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
